Our vision: excercise important

It is a well-known fact that the children and adults of today spend too much of their lives sitting still - at home, at the computer, in the car, at the office. This lack of exercise is already resulting in diseases of affluence and high social costs. Nijha believes that it is essential for children to become acquainted with a varied offer of sports and games at an early age.
